Other website services Reservation, My Album, My reservations, Newsletter, Distance measurement, Other.
System Information system of available accommodations and hotel services of “Bed and Breakfast” type and internet reservation via the www.bed-and-breakfast-poland.com website.
Operator VERICO Experts Ltd. Company
User An entity (a natural person, a legal person, an entity without a legal personality – which is capable of legal actions) who uses the system.
Customer A tourist who uses the website services.
Advertiser A natural or legal person who places adverts at the website.
Registration and logging in Entering data required by the System which provide access to the full content of the website.
Forms Standard documents in electronic versions given by the system which are used to provide website services. B. Overview
I. www.bed-and-breakfast-poland.com is a tourist website which presents accommodation of Bed and Breakfast type (lodgings, rooms, pensions and small hotels) and provides reservations of hotel/lodging services via the website at places presented at the website who have signed agency agreements with the Operator.
II. Operator of the www.bed-and-breakfast-poland.com website is VERICO Experts Ltd. Company C. Using the website
I. Registration and logging in 1. In order to use the full database of the website, register and log in the system first. 2. In order to make the registration fill in “Registration Form” and send it to the Operator. 3. In response the system sends an e-mail to the address given by the user including a link which activates the user and makes it possible to log in the system. 4. A registered user has to protect his password. The operator shall not be responsible for the effects of an unauthorised use of password by any third parties. 5. After the registration the system provides its users with constant access to information and services included in the System. II. Using the website by Customers 1. A Customer may search the data of the website with the basic or advanced search. 2. A Customer may use the following services available in the website: My Album, My reservations, Newsletter, Distance measurement and Cookbook. 3. A Customer may reserve hotel/lodging services via www.bed-and-breakfast-poland.com website at the places whose owners have signed an agency contract with the Operator.
III. Other information 1. Advertising and information materials presented in the website are the property of entities who publish them and are presented at their responsibility. 2. Maps of places displayed at the sites belong to the Operator. Copying, reproducing, disposing or extracting such maps in any way is prohibited. 3. The Operator shall not bear any responsibility for: a. the content of offers and advertisements presented at the website or the provision of services presented to users, b. the content of agreements between accommodation providers and customers, c. incorrect technical operation of the System or interruptions of the System which are beyond his control. 4. Copying or distributing any content presented at the website on any carriers, including public presentations, is prohibited. 5. Polish law shall be applicable for any issues resulting from the use of the website. Any disputes shall be settled by the court proper for the seat of the Operator. 6. The Operator is the administrator of personal data under the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29th August 1997 (Journal of Laws 02.101.926 with subsequent amendments). Any personal data are stored and processed by the Operator in compliance with the rules of data protection and the Polish regulations of law. 7. The rules of using services offered in the website are presented in the “General Terms of Reservation”. 8. The Operator may make any amendments to these Rules and Regulations. Such amendments shall be valid since the date of their introduction.
